$MOOD · on Robinhood Chain
Robin Mood
Taketh from the traders, giveth to the holders.
Hark ye, good traveller, and give ear! Upon every trade that passeth through this wood, Robin Mood layeth a tithe of five coins in the hundred. Fourscore parts of that tithe he beareth unto them that hold $MOOD, paid in honest gold at every quarter of the hour, and he setteth it in their purses with his own hand, that they need lift nary a finger to claim it.

The Legend of Robin Mood
The weeping halffor each trader he robbeth
The smiling halffor each holder he payeth
Hearken, and I shall tell thee of Robin Mood. In the days of yore he was but plain Robin, an outlaw of old Sherwood, who robbed the rich and gave unto the poor. Then did he wander into the new Sherwood that men call Robinhood Chain, and he found that wood full of traders, who bought and sold from cockcrow unto candlelight as though a fever were upon them, and of holders, who sat them down beneath the oaks and waited. Of fat lords and hungry peasants he found never a one.
Wherefore Robin took up a new trade. Upon every bargain struck within the wood he layeth a tithe, and all the loot thereof he beareth unto them that hold.
Alas, good Robin hath a soft heart. Every coin he taketh from a trader maketh him weep, and every coin he giveth to a holder maketh him grin. And since the trading never stoppeth, he doth both at once, every hour of every day, until his very face hath set that way: the one half weeping, the other half smiling.
Hence the good folk of Sherwood name him Robin Mood, for whosoever looketh upon him cannot say which mood be upon him, and in sooth it is both, and ever shall be.
Mark this well, traveller: shouldst thou trade, Mood will shed a tear for thee, and shouldst thou hold, he will smile upon thee. He hath found that most folk had liefer be smiled upon.

How the Tithe Works
Every trade payeth a tithe of five in the hundred into the pool. The keeper gathereth it up, turneth it into GLD, and Mood divideth it after this manner:
- Fourscore parts in the hundred (80%) go unto the holders as gold, set straight into their wallets at every quarter of the hour. Each taketh his share pro rata, so the more $MOOD thou holdest, the fatter thy portion; hold $25 or more and thou art counted.
- Five parts (5%) buy back $MOOD. This gold lieth in wait a little beneath the price, and when sellers drive the price down upon it, it buyeth up their $MOOD and layeth it straight back into the pool as liquidity. As the price climbeth the gold climbeth after it, though it followeth the price downward never.
- Five parts (5%) pay the raiders, that merry band who cry the name of $MOOD across X, reckoned by their points every three hours.
- Ten parts (10%) keep the lanterns lit, which is to say the gas, the servers and the upkeep of the keeper.
The five parts for buybacks and the five for raiders make up together the “10% growth” whereof the bot speaketh.
Ride with the Merry Band
Robin Mood payeth them that cry his name abroad. Join thyself to his merry band upon X, and for every worthy post thou makest in his honour thou shalt earn points, which he payeth out in gold.
- Bind thy X account and thy wallet together through the Telegram bot.
- Reply unto a fresh post, or quote it, within ten minutes of its making, or else write a post of thine own. The finer thy post, the more points it earneth.
- Every three hours the raiders' purse, being five parts in the hundred of every trade, is divided by points. Thou must hold $25 of $MOOD to be paid.

Nay, thou must not. At every quarter of the hour the keeper setteth gold straight into thy wallet, so long as thou holdest $25 or more of $MOOD. Thou hast but to hold, and the Telegram bot shall tell thee what thou hast earned.
Thy share is pro rata. Each drop is divided according to the $MOOD held by every wallet worth $25 or more, so he that holdeth twice as much receiveth twice the gold. The pool, the lockers and Mood's own wallets are never counted.
Because an outlaw who robbeth had best rob something that glittereth. $MOOD is traded against GLD, the gold token of Robinhood Chain, and so the tithe is gold from the first and cometh unto thee as gold, with no second swap to nibble at it. GLD is issued by another party, so see that it be lawful for thee where thou dwellest.
One half of the growth share lieth in wait as gold, some four to ten in the hundred beneath the price. When sellers drive the price down into it, it buyeth their $MOOD, and that $MOOD goeth straight back into the pool as liquidity. When the price riseth, the wall riseth after it, yet it followeth the price downward never.
Aye, verily. Every coin was cast into the pool at launch, and the position was given into the keeping of a locker that can collect fees and do naught else, for it hath no means to withdraw. Neither hath the token any owner who might alter its rules.
Read thou the Legend, good traveller. In brief, he weepeth for the traders he robbeth and smileth upon the holders he payeth, and since he doth both all the day long, his face hath kept both.
